Short introduction

Welcome to my research home page! My name is Cédric Hartland; I am Ph.D. in computer science; I currently hold a Teaching and Research position at EFREI computer science lab [LRIE]. I also lead the education Robotic Department at EFREI. EFREI is a French Engineer School dedicated to computer science and management, located at Villejuif, near Paris.

I graduated from French University Paris Sud computer science lab [LRI], in [TAO] project Team, under the supervision of M. Sebag [MS] and N. Bredeche [NB].

My research interests are concerned with Embodied Artificial Intelligence, mainly focused on Machine Learning and Stochastic Optimization, applied to robotic control. Recently, I have been working on Demonstration / Apprenticeship Learning problems with applications to robot control acquisition.
