Short introduction
Welcome to my research home page at LRIE! My name is Cédric Hartland; I currently hold a Teaching and Research position (~Assistant Professor) at EFREI computer science lab [LRIE]. I also coordinate the Robotic teachings Department at EFREI. EFREI is a French Engineer School mainly dedicated to computer science, located at Villejuif, near Paris.
I graduated from French University Paris Sud computer science lab [LRI], in [TAO] project Team (University-CNRS-INRIA lab), under the supervision of M. Sebag [MS] and N. Bredeche [NB].
My research interests are concerned with Embodied Artificial Intelligence, mainly focused on Machine Learning and Stochastic Optimization, applied to robotic control. Recently, I have been working on Demonstration / Apprenticeship Learning problems with applications to robot control acquisition.
